These terms govern your use of PPC Black Box ("the Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PPC Black Box turns a landing-page URL and keywords into advertising campaign research and assets, including Keyword Landscape research, campaign builds, and export files for ad platforms. The Service assists your advertising work; it does not guarantee rankings, approvals, conversions, or revenue on any ad platform.
2. Accounts And Access
- Accounts are created by invitation or purchase. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate billing and contact details.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, breach these terms, or fail payment.
3. Subscriptions, Credits, And Billing
- Subscriptions bill monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active to the end of the paid period.
- Monthly credits are granted each billing cycle and reset at renewal; unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Purchased top-up credits never expire and remain on your account while it is open, including after a subscription ends.
- Credits are consumed when the Service performs work for you (campaign builds, research runs, regenerations). Charges are shown before you confirm an action.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods. Your current period price applies until it renews.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment, and we return 90% of that payment.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to violate law, ad-platform policies, or third-party rights.
- Do not scrape, resell, or share account access; do not probe or attack the Service.
- You are responsible for the URLs, keywords, and landing pages you submit and for the ads you choose to run from generated assets.
6. Your Content And Generated Output
- You retain rights in the inputs you submit and the campaign assets generated for your account.
- Generated output may be imperfect or contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing assets before publishing them to any ad platform.
- We may process your inputs through third-party providers (AI models, search data, scraping infrastructure) to deliver the Service; see the Privacy Policy.
7. Affiliate Program
Every account carries an affiliate code; the program is governed by the Affiliate Terms, which form part of these terms for participating accounts.
8. Disclaimers And Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or ad-platform decisions (including disapprovals, suspensions, or billing by platforms). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect; continued use after that point accepts the new terms.
