Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what PPC Black Box collects, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

1. What We Collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, plan and credit balance.
• Billing data: card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we store your Stripe customer id, plan, and payment status, never card numbers.
• Usage data: the landing-page URLs, keywords, and inputs you submit, and the assets and research generated for your account.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, and request metadata for security, rate limiting, and diagnostics.
• Affiliate data: for affiliates, your referral code, referral counts, commission ledger, and Stripe Connect payout account identifiers.

2. How We Use It

• Deliver the Service: fetch pages, query search data, generate campaign assets.
• Operate billing: subscriptions, credit balances, refunds, and affiliate commissions.
• Communicate: transactional email (account, billing, support) via our mail provider.
• Secure the platform: abuse prevention, audit trails, rate limits.

3. Who Processes Your Data

We use third-party processors to run the product: Stripe (payments and affiliate payouts), our email provider (transactional mail), AI model providers (asset generation), search-data providers (SERP data), and scraping infrastructure (page reads). Each processes only what it needs for its function under its own terms.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions, plus a referral cookie when you arrive through an affiliate link (30 days, used only for attribution). We do not run advertising trackers.

5. Retention And Deletion

Account data is kept while your account is open. Billing records are retained as required for accounting and tax. To delete your account or its data, contact Support; deleting the account ends the subscription and removes personal data except records we must keep by law.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to what the service and its operators need. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and will notify affected users of any breach that legally requires it.
