Affiliate Terms.

These terms govern the PPC Black Box affiliate program. Every account has a referral code; accepting these terms in the affiliate portal activates it and binds you to them plus the Terms Of Service.

1. Commission Schedule

• 25% of the referred customer's first paid subscription month.
• 10% of each paid renewal for months 2 through 12 of the same subscription.
• Nothing is earned after the twelfth paid invoice, or on one-off purchases such as credit top-up packs.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid. A $0 invoice (for example a free first month from a promo code) earns nothing and does not count as a paid month.

2. When Commissions Are Earned And Lost

• A commission exists only while the referred subscription is active. If the subscriber cancels or stops paying, future commissions stop.
• Every commission is held for 7 days after the invoice is paid, matching our refund window. A payment refunded, disputed, or voided, in or out of the hold, voids its commission.
• If a commission has already been paid out when its payment is reversed, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

3. Attribution

• Your link (/r/YOUR_CODE) sets a 30-day referral cookie, and a new customer can also type your code at signup. A customer is attributed once; the first affiliate to refer them keeps the referral.
• Self-referral is not permitted: accounts owned by you, or obvious proxies for you, earn nothing and can end participation.

4. Payouts

• Payouts run monthly, on the 1st, settling all commissions that passed their hold during the previous period.
• Payouts are made by Stripe transfer to the payout account you connect in the portal (Stripe Connect). You must complete Stripe's onboarding, including any identity verification Stripe requires.
• Balances under $10 roll over to the next month automatically.
• You are responsible for any tax reporting obligations on your earnings; Stripe may collect tax forms as part of onboarding.

5. Conduct

• No paid ads on our brand terms, no cookie stuffing, no misleading claims, no spam. You represent the product honestly.
• We may suspend or remove affiliates for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms; accrued unpaid commissions earned in breach are forfeited.

6. Changes

We may update the program or these terms with notice in the portal. Commission rates already accrued are unaffected; rates apply to invoices paid after the change takes effect.
